Post Details :-

It has been decided by NABARB to introduce a new scheme of selection for recruitment of officers in Grade A ( RDBS) and Grade B ( RDBS) . Under the new scheme of selection the examination will be computer base online ( Objective type with MCQ pattern ) and shall consist of three phases

Phase Phase – I and Phase – II followed by Interview.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Age Limit:-

 1. Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ :- ( as on 31st January 2016) 21 – 30 Years

For freshers candidate born not earlier than 01/02/1986 and not later than 31/01/1995 are eligible to apply . The relaxation in the upper age limit is as per govt. rules.

Note :- For candidates having full time experience as an officer in Commercial / Cooperative / Regional Rural Bank / FIIS / Cooperative / Non Banking Finance companies as also prior experience in NABARD , Upper age limit is relaxed to the extent of number of completed years as on 31 / 01 /16 of such experience subject to max. of three years .

2. For Manager in Grade ‘B’ : - 25 – 35 Years ( as on 31st January 2016) Candidates born not earlier than 01/02/1981 and not later than 31/01/1991 are eligible to apply.

Experience :- At least 03 years full time experience , 02 Years for SC/ST as on 31/01/16 as an officer in commercial / Cooperative / Regional Rural Bank / FIIS / Corporate / Non Banking Finance Companies .

Educational Qualification : -

1. For Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ :- Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in any discipline with 50% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semester / years.

Or

Have a master’s degree with 50% marks or Doctorate degree or CA / Cost Accounts / Company Secretary with a Bachelor Degree.

2. For Manager in Grade B :- Candidates must possess a First Class Master’s degree in Agriculture , Veterinary Sciences Animal Husbandry , Fisheries , Diary etc. with 60 % Marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semester / years.

( II) Essential Experience ( as on 31St January 2016 ) At least 3 Years full time . For SC/ST 02 Years experience as an officer in Commercial / Cooperative / RRB / FIIS / Corporate / NBFC .

Note :- SC/ST candidates having second class with minimum 55% or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semester / years.

Fee Structure : ( Non Refundable ) – For SC / ST / PWD candidates are exempted for fee only pay intimation charges 100.00 . For Grade A 650.00 + 100 = 750.00 . For Grade B 750.00+100.00 = 850.00.

Selection Procedure : - Selection of Candidates will be based on their performance in the Phase II examination and interview taken together.
